Prices
Price per week: 610€ or 485 GBP (seven nights)
Price per calendar month: 1540€ or 1225 GBP
Minimum stay: 5 nights

Conditions
A week-long stay need not begin on a Saturday, it could be from Monday to Monday; extra days are calculated pro rata of the weekly rate. A calendar month can begin at any time, extra days or weeks being calculated pro-rata of the monthly rate.

A booking fee of either half a week's rent or one third of a month's rent, depending on which tariff applies, is requested on signature of the booking contract. This sum is non-returnable in case of cancellation; however, it is made up to a full week or month's rental amount which is later returned to you on your departure providing the flat is left in its original condition.

Electricity is included in the weekly tariff but not in the monthly one, for which meter readings are taken on arrival and departure. Telephone use is free to most landlines and some mobiles (check the instructions you are given on arrival) but additional use must be paid for. Wifi is included.
